Before your first session

Once we've arranged a consultation or session, you'll receive a brief questionnaire to complete. This helps us use our time together efficiently and ensure the discussion is relevant to your needs.

All sessions are conducted via video call unless otherwise arranged. Book club facilitation can be conducted in person for groups in the greater London area.
