These services do not guarantee specific outcomes. We cannot promise that you will enjoy particular books, complete specific reading goals, or achieve certain levels of literary understanding.
Booking and Payment
When you request a service:
- You will receive confirmation and payment details within 48 hours
- Payment must be received before the scheduled session
- Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes
- We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit cards
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a session with the following conditions:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with 50% fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; rescheduling subject to full fee
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either rescheduling at your convenience or a full refund.
Multi-Session Programmes
For programmes involving multiple sessions:
- Payment may be required in full before the first session
- Sessions must be completed within the agreed timeframe
- If you wish to discontinue, unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion
- We reserve the right to discontinue service if sessions are repeatedly missed without notice
Intellectual Property
All content provided during our services, including reading plans, recommendations, and analysis frameworks, is for your personal use only. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute materials for commercial purposes
- Share detailed plans or frameworks with others without permission
- Claim authorship of concepts or frameworks we develop
The reed-muse name, logo, and website content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without written permission.
User Conduct
When using our services, you agree to:

- Attend scheduled sessions on time
- Treat our staff with respect
